Beta 4-Stroke

The only four-stroke in the Evo lineup, the 300 four-stroke provides an option for those who prefer the tractable power delivery of a thumper. Sure, it’s heavier than its two-stroke siblings, but at a claimed 156 pounds dry, it’s lighter than most owners! It’s got a four-valve SOHC engine sporting a Mikuni carburetor and five-speed gearbox. Kickstart only, of course, like all proper trials bikes. Bore and stroke are 84.0 x 53.6mm for 297cc of displacement. Its compression ratio of 9.7:1 helps ensure smooth running at low rpm, and it comes with 11/42 gearing.
